Digital Product Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Signelo. Because we sell digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital file has been downloaded or a download link has been made available, we are unable to offer a refund. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact us at info@signelo.shop  within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product.

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, please contact us at info@signelo.shop within 48 hours. We will review your request and may issue a refund for the duplicate order at our discretion.
